Within the scope of the "Guidance and Psychological Counseling Practices in Schools I" course conducted in the 2026–2027 Academic Year Fall Semester, an online consultation meeting was held on October 22, 2026, with school guidance counselors and practice instructors who contribute to field practices.
During the meeting, an exchange of views took place with the objectives of establishing a more effective foundation for university-school collaboration, enhancing the quality of field experiences for prospective guidance and psychological counselors, and managing the processes encountered during the practice period more efficiently. While listening to the valuable insights from the field shared by school guidance counselors—who play a critical role in developing the professional skills of prospective counselors—new cooperation opportunities and implementation principles regarding the process were discussed in detail.
The meeting concluded with expressions of gratitude to the school psychological counselors, who are among the primary contributors to the training of future psychological counselors, for their efforts and contributions, accompanied by mutual wishes for success.
